Android Market rating system now available to developers

If you remember a little while back, roughly one week ago, we ran a story here at DroidDog about how the Android Market would soon see a new ratings system implemented by Google. Well starting today, that ratings system is now available to app developers via the developer console.

Google Holiday Media Party 2010

A media only super special holiday party hosted by Google? You don’t say… Oh? And it’s “an evening of informal (and off the record) conviviality with our Communications staff and key Googlers?” This is getting interesting… Jackpot! “Drinks and hearty appetizers will be served.” All kidding aside, Google is now sending out invites to the Google Holiday Media Party 2010, to be held on December 13th, where media elites will get a chance to chat it up with Google staff, and keep it off the record.

New LG Star photos land online

One very lucky South Korean AndroidForums.com user has their hands on not one, but two LG Star handsets, and they have the pictures to prove it. There’s still a lot we don’t know about the device, but there are several things we now know for sure: The Star will indeed be running a custom version of Android based on 2.2 (as of now), the screen is capacitive with a resolution of 480
