HTC Wildfire is on fire!

The internet is buzzing with the announcement of the HTC Wildfire.  Many are calling this device a “mini HTC Desire”, but I think it can stand on its own.  It has a 3.2″ QVGA touchscreen, 5 MP AF camera with flash, 802.11 b/g WiFi, Bluetooth, microSD, the new HTC optical joystick, and it sports quadband GSM UMTS/HSDPA radios.  It uses the Qualcomm MSM7225 525 MHz processor and runs Android 2.1 with the latest version of HTC Sense on top. The phone is slated for a Q3 Europe/Asia release, so don’t hold your breath for this one.
