HTC One S already receives root
HTC showed off its new One S at Mobile World Congress, and we do know that it will be coming to at least T-Mobile in the US. We now have news that should make anyone who enjoys modifying their Android handsets happy, as a root method is already available for the One S.
Motorola DROID Xyboard 10.1 and 8.2 for Verizon now available
Well, that was unexpected. We had heard once before that the DROID Xyboards, in both variations, would be out on December 12th, but it doesn’t look like that panned out at all. And we could probably talk about whether or not a certain Samsung Galaxy Nexus was put on hold because these particular DROID tablets were releasing.

We’ve received two extensions in regards to Verizon’s Galaxy Nexus yesterday: an extended battery and an extended wait time for the release of the phone. With everything in the past few days pointing to a December 9 launch date, this is very discouraging news.
